Sale and sharing
CaughtUp does not sell personal information and does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. CaughtUp does not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16. See Your Privacy Choices.
Retention
CaughtUp does not keep personal information longer than reasonably necessary for the disclosed purpose. Account and product content generally remains until verified deletion so the user can continue the service and retrieve prior work. Provider credentials remain only while the connection is active. Raw forwarded MIME and forwarded attachment files are not retained in the persistent alias archive. Security, transaction, legal, and backup copies follow the limited criteria described above and in the Privacy Policy.
